But then she gets an illegal operation error message, and she crashes out of Excel. She goes to exit Excel, and she gets the desired message: "Do you want to save the changes you made to the Personal Macro Workbook?.", which she answers "Yes". When she goes to install the macro (according to my instructions that I have successfully tested here on someone else's machine), it is loaded correctly.
